Dr. Charles M. Farber, MD, Ph.D. Currently, Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at UMDNJ and Chair of the Hematologic Malignancy Panel at Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He has expertise and has published extensively in the areas of leukemias, lymphomas, white blood cell disorders and hematopoietic growth factors. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology & Medical Oncology. His degrees include University of Rochester, Bachelor's in Chemistry with High Distinction and Magna Cum Laude, New York University, dual MD and PhD doctorates studying white blood cell biology. He did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine then his fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Cornell University Medical College. After completion of training Dr. Farber joined the faculty of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center on the lymphoma Service.
